Owner Renee Lewis is hands-on where seeking out the best vegetarian staples in the area is concerned. Don’t be surprised to see Renee at area farm markets in the morning buying the produce to be used in the dishes being prepared for dinner and lunch that day. Local dairies supply the milk, butter, and cream used. Much of our lettuces come from a local hydroponic farmer. Look through the bios of the vendors we shop, and be impressed with the diversity and wholesome foods just a few miles from your doorstep.
